Modern, large and light-filled 4 bedroom apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms (skylights with shutters blackout), 1 living room with home theater system with wide screen TV and PC with broadband Internet access, 2 bathrooms (corner bath and washing machine) and a kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms each have a single bed. The apartment also has a terrace with rattan furniture and retractable awning in a westerly direction, d. H. From noon to evening can enjoy the sun. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. The initial supply of bed linen, towels and tea towels is included. For bookings that last longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning fee of 60 € will be charged.

The apartments are located in a 2009 built Einfamlienhaus. This modern mobile home is located on a separate plot. It is very quiet and close to the forest. Distance to the Baltic Sea is 10 km away.  The area lends itself to cycling, hiking or a trip to Stralsund. The city Wolgast is just 4 km away. The main house is 120m² in size and consists of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The apartment is 80m² in size and features a hallway to an open living room, 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a full kitchen. On both apartments have a terrace, which can be used always. Die Fewo bei der Fam. Kenklies ist sehr schön, sauber und ansprechend. Was mir bei anderen FeWo , welche ich in den letzten 15 Jahren vorfand, waren zum Beispiel tiefe Teller für Suppen, einen Spüllappen oder Tabs für die Spülmaschine, sowie Spülmittel. Dies fehlte hier. Ansonsten hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation zwischen Agentur und der Familie sowie dem Urlauber sollte etwas besser abgestimmt sein. So war auf dem Ausdruck eine Telefonnummer des Mannes von Fr. Kenklies, welche aber für die Buchung sehr umständlich ist, da der Mann auf Dienstreise ist. Vielleicht sollte man auch die Buchungen für die Anzahlung und für Fam. Kenklies etwas mehr hervorheben.
