Boyz in the Hood. The house was on 25th Street East. Which is not a prime real estate location. Host was not responsive and simple amenities like BBQ utensils for the BBQ grill were not provided. Property looked like the pictures on the website, but it goes to the old real estate adage. Location, Location, Location!!!!!!!

This was a great stop for our one-night stay in Winston-Salem. Everything was very clean and the host communicated well. The furnishings are simple and no-frills - if you're looking for a luxury stay, this isn't for you - but it worked very well for us!

We loved having so much room while helping our son move in and get adjusted to college. My husband ‘worked from home’ at the dining table, I did laundry and our two sons played darts and watched Netflix. A true home away from home. The home was clean, communication with the owners was super quick, the property backyard was huge and we enjoyed the privacy that provided. Would definitely stay again. It’s very close to wake Forest but we needed a car to get to wake and restaurants. Would definitely stay again’
