Property was at a perfect location for exploring downtown Burlington and also close to lots of nature! The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Adequate for a Family of 5

The house was certainly adequate for 5 adults because it has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and having a coffee maker/coffee was convenient for the mornings. All and all, our stay at this VRBO was quite pleasant.

The inside of the house was nice but not very clean. The master toilet was dirty. Needed new shower curtain. The grass needed to be cut. The front of the house was very dirty. The back porch was dirty

Nice Place

Overall, a very nice home. There was extensive construction going on in the neighborhood which made getting around a bit difficult, but not unmanageable. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the outdoor space due to the sheer number of mosquitoes around. But it was a comfortable stay for six women.

Wedding weekend!

We stayed here in July for our son’s wedding. It was the perfect place for our family to be together. The house was immaculate and there were plenty of comfortable rooms for everyone. Being close to restaurants and only a mile the wedding venue made it very convenient. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again for future visits. Thank you!!

Long weekend stay for a wedding

This property was perfect for us! We had 5 adults and we were in town for a wedding. Plenty of room for all of us and we definitely had enough room to all get ready for the wedding. It was a great location- an easy drive to downtown Burlington and also a quick walk to some of the restaurants nearby.

Great house

Had a great time in Ryan's house and found everything as described. Very convenient to Burlington center but also right down the street from Winooski's center and all that it has to offer. We had a great time!

Very Nice

This is a beautiful home with lots of care to details. Everything was nice and very well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone looking to visit this area

Comfortable home for catching up with old friends

The house was very comfortable and really close to downtown and Burlington. Plenty of yard games on hand that we didn’t get a chance to try due to the weather. Five of us were able to spend quality time together for a week without feeling crowded.

UVM Graduation Stay

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while we attended graduation ceremonies at UVM. The age range of our guests 20-80. We were all comfortable in this home and it slept the 6 of us easily. The home was clean, well furnished, and came with everything we needed! We even had a cookout on Saturday night! Highly recommend this home!

Cozy, clean and comfortable spot!

We enjoyed are stay here, the entire home was a perfect fit and the backyard was super nice to hangout in on a beautiful weekend. You are close to downtown Burlington but we also enjoyed exploring Winooski. Lovely space, would return!!

10/10 would stay here again. Great location within 10 minutes of Church St.. The place was spacious, clean, and a great spot to hangout. It fit our group perfectly!
