Extremely clean and professionally structured. I think some condiments, a larger coffee pot that serves more than one person and a fan to circulate the air in the basement suite would have been nice. The neighborhood is very nice/safe and accessible to everything in Winnipeg. We are happy with the stay.

Nice stay. Clean and nice to have two separate rooms. People using vacuum at 830 at night and then before 830 am next morning was only issue.

Nice stay at this property

My son and I had to travel to Winnipeg for doctor appointments and were there for 4 nights. The 2 bedrooms had very comfortable beds, and there were plenty of dishes in the kitchenette. Very clean property. Check in was easy. There are no condiments or coffee provided so just remember to bring your own. We could hear the family upstairs occasionally but it wasn’t disturbing at all, just a reminder that you are sharing the house. I would recommend this property. It wasn’t far from St Vital Centre if you are looking for a movie or some shopping.

Okay not great

When we arrived the place was nice and clean but when we went in there was water all over the floor as the dehumidifier wasnt working.We were also unable to get the tv to work. We reached the host by knocking on their door as we had no way of contacting them as noone had acknowledged our arrival. She came down and replaced the remote for the tvand emptied and unplugged the humidifier and said her husband would be down to look at it. We never saw or heard from our hosts again We asked for more towels but never recieved them4 towels and 2 faceclothes for two people is not sufficient. The place was extremely damp because of no dehumidifier and our towels were never dry. Although we enjoyed our stay I would not return or recommend it. Hesitated between a 3 and 4 rating but went with 4 because it was clean and an excellent location

Winnipeg Stay

Beautiful property with spacious bedrooms. It’s located close to the Canadian Mint and University of Manitoba. The property houses 4people but the dining table only has 2 seats ~ maybe host should consider foldable seating for extra seats at breakfast table. Communication with host was smooth and timely. We enjoyed our 3 night stay as we celebrated our newest graduate in the family.

Great place to stay!

Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen & bathroom. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Newer suite so very clean and bright. Easy check in and access to the suite. Owner was quick to provide us with a few things we asked for. Will likely stay again.

First vrbo experience

The place was very clean and had a fresh updated look. It would have been nice to have a few towels and flat sheets on the bed when we arrived, instead of having to request them. The host was very obliging and friendly when we requested these items.

We had a comfortable stay!

We stayed here for a month, the basement is very clean and stylish and equipped with everything we needed. Perfectly sized for three to four people. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, located near the park, stores and close to bus stops. The host is really nice, very accommodating and helpful to us, they gave us clear instructions during check in and very quick to respond with any questions. They made sure we have everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place! :)
