A wonderful retreat in the centre of the city. It was a perfect, cozy base to return to in between Christmas parties. The location is great with lots within walking distance, and Silvia is a great host who made my stay easy and enjoyable. I hope to be back next Christmas.

This is our third stay here. Sylivia is a gracious host always quick to communicate and willing to help. The VRBO is clean, equiped with the things needed for a stay and uncluttered. Close to resturants and breweries. We will be back for the next concert in the area.

Check in was flawless. Sylvia provides exquisitely detailed instructions and she’s available to answer any questions.Lots of fun little touches to make the place feel homey. Great place to stay especially if you plan to go to the theater. Sylvia provides lots of ideas for places to dine nearby.We didn’t cook there but the place seems well stocked for it. Super Cute Condo

We loved staying here on our weekend visit to Winnipeg from the states. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We loved having free WiFi & parking. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, breweries & other local destinations. The host was very accommodating and was very quick to help us when we had an issue with the TV. We will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a great place to stay in Winnipeg.

TVs Lacking

The unit was very good overall, however, there was no bedroom TV. Additionally, the LV room TV setup was unconventional and required special instructions to operate which was frustrating. Fixing these issues would raise.the unit to the excellent category.

We had a great experience during our stay. The apartment was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Easy to park. Secure building with easy check in and simple access. We had an issue with the television service and it was taken care of immediately.

Just ideal!

This was a perfect place to stay while I was in town to visit family! I’ve stayed in hotels other times but this suite was so much better! I loved the fully-equipped kitchen and laundry on-site. As a woman staying on my own I felt safe and comfortable. Sylvia was super responsive and helpful. I’m eager to stay here again next time I’m in town.
