The house was clean and well cared for. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs suites for a family wedding. It was nice to have a common area for all of us to sit. It was easy to get to and close to many amenities. The host was great.

Perfect for our family
We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our family in Winnipeg and this house was just perfect for our family. The location was ideal - close to main routes to get to shopping, restaurants and amenities. The house was very clean and well stocked with spices, coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the kitchen & shampoo/conditioner in the showers. It could use some more drinking & wine glasses but they did have enough as long as you washed them after using. The only complaint that we had were the mattresses - they are not the most comfortable. They either need replacing or at the very least, a gel/foam mattress topper on each bed. The beds were quite firm & we could feel the outer mattress supports every time we got on them. The owner was kind enough to give us a heads up about a temporary parking ban before we arrived and access to the unit was easy. Internet worked well as well as the Smart TV.

School shopping trip
This is my second time staying at this property and my two granddaughters first time. My granddaughters were impressed with the space and said its so much better than staying at a hotel. The location to shopping and restaurants is why I prefer to stay here for longer stays with family. The host is awesome

Excellent rental experience
This property was super clean, new and well managed. The location, price and cleanliness and representation of the property was excellent for our needs. It’s a new home, clean and modern. The host was excellent as well. Check in and check out was also super easy and well communciated. Highly recommend this home/rental. 10/10!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for us to meet up with our Winnipeg friends. Its location in St James is close to so many places to eat and shop, but also means very busy traffic.
