We paid for our room with visa when we reserved it but then Expedia charged another $305.00 on Jeff's Mastercard at checkout! What Gives?!!! We have a Canadinn Rewards Card & the hotel staff didn't accept our card for meals eaten at their restaurant, Alto's. We went back to the hotel another day & explained their error & they were supposed to add the reward points onto our membership.

Many security guys around but they just chill . Eat from kitchen free food . Just walk here and there playing loud music . Chilling . Talking loud . Scream run after each other like fun . The room had an unpleasant odor, and the front desk staff handled the concern unprofessionally by dismissing it and claiming there was no issue, stating that the room simply smelled like a typical hotel. Additionally, the bathroom curtain appeared to be improperly installed, which likely caused water to pool on the floor. This may have contributed to the damp carpet and the resulting odor.
