My room was on the second floor above the lobby. I had to listen to the very loud sliding door in the lobby open and close all night. Not sure why it was so loud but it woke me up every time someone came in or out of the lobby. Also the bed was terrible. Sunk in the middle and seemed like it had broken springs or something.

The room was not as clean as I expected. I witnessed stained pillowcases, a dirty remote control, the shower head was rusted and the walls of the shower had soap scum. It was necessary to wipe down all surfaces and I had to request new pillowcases and an additional blanket to cover the old chair in the room.
