Perfect location close to centre, however was more than 6mins from the castle.The house was nicely decorated and modern.Kitchen well equipped. Plus nice outdoor space.Down stairs there’s just a small shower and loo, not a bath as per details.Main complaint, shutters were damaged, lots of light came in the main bedroom from the street lights but mainly from the security lights opposite at the barracks.This had been brought up by previous guests but nothing had been done to rectify.The communication with the host was sometimes good, but other times not, we were reminded of 2 things that we had already confirmed and payed for, they said the records had not been updated.

Ideal Stay In Windsor

Perfectly located nicely renovated home in Windsor. The house was absolutely perfect, very clean, great amount of space, well appointed kitchen, bonus inviting back garden. 5 minute walk to downtown Windsor/Castle. Check in was easy and option for early/late checkouts was a bonus.

Windsor Treat!

Great property! Clean, bright and nicely appointed. Short walk to everything. Would happily stay here again. Even though parking was street parking we didn't have a problem finding a spot. Just one small complaint - the master room had old shutters on the windows rather than curtains. The shutters were charming but didn't really close properly. This meant the room was bright because of the streetlights outside. If need like a dark bedroom bring an eye mask.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Money

We recently rented this property in Windsor and, unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. While the location of the house was fantastic, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired, especially considering the high price we paid.To start, the shutters in the bedrooms were badly damaged and poorly fitted, which allowed streetlights to flood the rooms at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We immediately contacted Tempstay property management during the first hour of our stay, asking if they could provide covers to block the light, but we never received a response, and no one visited to address the issue.Additionally, the bed duvets were much too small for the beds, leading one of our guests to go out and purchase their own. The gas fires in two rooms hadn't been serviced in ages, and they were covered in dust, making them unusable. The front door had a gap around it, allowing cold drafts to flood into the house, and the door lock didn't work properly, meaning the house was only secured with a latch key—hardly reassuring.Another problem was the lack of mattress protectors on the beds or pillows, which is an absolute must for hygiene. The kitchen units were very old, in poor condition, and the kitchen gas hob wouldn't even light. There were no matches or means to ignite it, so cooking was a challenge.The cleanliness of the property was also an issue. When one of our guests dropped an earbud under the bed, we were horrified t
