I like the tranquil setting with various types and groups of people staying at the property. There is all kinds of grocery and restaurant options within a few km. Spencer at the front desk is outstanding and knowledgeable about what is going on and how to get things done. He is a kind individual who takes his job and the guests seriously. There is a community kitchen for the guests to use. The parking is convenient. The laundry facilities are excellent.

This facility has all that is necessary, without all the extras. It is clean and quiet, which is what I needed. The staff are each and all most helpful and kind. Plan on driving or taking the bus as accessing most businesses (external to the campus) will require a long walk.

I had a great one-night stay at the Residence & Conference Centre Windsor! The room was clean and cozy. The atmosphere was truly something special—it felt like being a college student again, yet I had the comfort and privacy of a hotel guest. It was surreal in the best way. There was so much to enjoy on and around the property: soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts, beautiful parks, a ping pong table, a public kitchen for all guests, BBQ grills, and plenty of outdoor seating. There was even a charming gazebo that added to the relaxed vibe. I only wish I had more time to explore it all. The laundry room was very neat and easy to use—loading the card was straightforward, which made the process stress-free. I also felt very safe during my stay, thanks to 24/7 on-site security. The parking area was well lit and monitored with surveillance cameras, giving me extra peace of mind. From check-in to check-out, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff and environment made it an easy and enjoyable stay. What more can I say—just an amazing atmosphere. Thank you, St. Clair College, for such a wonderful experience!

Enjoyed our stay. The 2 bedrooms with a big shared table worked for us. Had problems that the swipe key disabled every day of our 4 day trip, causing us to run and up and down multiple times for the front desk team to get it working again. Forgot to enter license plate # in the iPad one of the 5 days, and we got a ticket. Aside with the everyday problems with the swipe card and the parking ticket, it was very nice.

Everything was quiet and fast, I only ask for attention regarding bath towels, there were only two in the bathroom, I believe that the ideal would be 4, since it was informed that there would be 3 people.
