a bit out of town..but would recommend

the whole hotel is very clean..the staff are friendly & helpful be aware that the location is quite a bit of a walk from the centre of windsor..but sometimes that is a good thing, being away from the hussle & bussle of a busy tourist spot the only negatives are the water barely got above lukewarm for some reason & the modern fan dangled hand basin stopper didn't work,so there is no way of filling up the basin otherwise...would recommend

3 night stay in Windsor.

On our arrival reception staff were excellent. Although we were 4 hours early for check in we could leave our car. Car park £15 per night but that was reasonable for area. Location is great, about 15 - 20min mainly level walk to Windsor castle. Room 218 slightly small but comfortable. Good bed & pillows, great shower. One downside is connecting door to another room, great for families but on the noisy side. Breakfast choice is very good and plenty of it. Staff were excellent throughout. All in all a good 3 night stay. Will definitely stay again.

Giorgi es una persona sumamente amable y carismática, felicito esa clase de personal. Mi estancia en general fue muy molesta, ya que en la habitación contigua estaba un grupo de adolescentes que a todas horas hicieron demasiado ruido y No dejaban dormir, el colmo fue cuando un día a las 3:00 am tocaron muy fuerte a nuestra puerta, ese día fue terrible, lo reporte pero el ruido continuó, no con la misma intensidad, lo que no me pareció fue al día siguiente la respuesta que nos dieron en cuanto al problema, “eran colleague”

A short walk to the centre. A very comfortable room, superb options for breakfast. Good parking if a little crowded but the day after arrival the car park was quite empty so we moved car to a larger space. The hotel staff were lovely, friendly, helpful & welcoming.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, the gentleman on reception was so kind and helpful as we had arrive early. The room had a window which you could open which was great, and beds were really comfortable. The room was supper clean one of the best clean rooms we had stayed in. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. The lady called Jo was lovely and she checked all at breakfast and even checked cups for tea/coffee stains and sent them back to get washed. Super person and always had a smile and chat. xx
