Check in wasn’t great. We tried to check in closer to 5:00pm and check in is at 4:00. They didn’t have a room ready but said that it would be ready in 20-30 minutes and we would get a text when it was ready. We waited almost an hour and no text. When we asked concierge if our room was ready, it was. I never got a text and we waited longer than needed after driving over 2 hours to get here.

Excellent hotel room. Large, beautiful view of river and Surrounding area. Beautiful at night with all the lights. 21st floor. Bathroom has separate shower and tub. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Great stay!
We had booked the Forum Tower as it was advertised as being open, which it wasn’t. There also wasn’t any housekeeping available so the room was pretty dirty during our stay. Part of our Hotel experience is returning to a clean room. No discount offered.
