Experience a unique tiny house stay set on a working alpaca farm in Sithuri Tiny House. This farm stay retreat near Mudgee, NSW, with 300 acres of breathtaking rural landscape, is one that one can only dream of. Enjoy mountain biking on the trails, bushwalking, animal feeding, getting up close to a beehive, and watching clever farm dogs round up the goats.
The Space:
Sithuri Tiny House by Tiny Away is one of the top Windeyer accommodations, located near Mudgee Hot Air Ballooning and wineries such as Bunnamagoo Winery, Pieter Van Gent Winery, and Burnbrae Winery. It's also within reach of scenic spots like Windermere Dam, the magical Glow Worm Tunnel, and the vast wilderness of Blue Mountains National Park.
A comfortable 241 square foot tiny home complete with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. Get easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have four other tiny homes available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding property except for the hosts' private residence. Please be considerate to other guests, as there are also other accommodations rented out.
As it is a huge property, please keep to the walking and biking trails and enquire with your host about the route before you start.

Start your day with a hot air adventure at Balloon Aloft Mudgee or head to Glen Willow Regional Sports Complex for local games and events. Grab a bite at Dancing Goat Cafe or stock up on quality local goods at Mudgee Corner Store.
For outdoor escapes, head to Burrendong Dam, Windermere Dam, or the Glow Worm Tunnel for a mix of water activities and unique nature experiences. You can also take a scenic drive to Blue Mountains National Park to take in its scenic landscapes and fresh mountain air.

- No BBQ grill available
- No Mobile reception and no internet connection

- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- Firewood is available for an extra cost of $35 per bag. Please take note that outdoor fire pit is banned during the fire season (from October to March)
- Please do not enter animal paddocks without the land host's permission
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

FARM ACTIVITIES
a. Farm Tours
- Farm tours and feeding of animals come at an extra cost. Please refer to the price with your host
- Farm tours and picnics, on the other hand, come at an extra cost of $195 per couple
- Keep in mind that farm tours must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance
- For pre-booked farm tours, guests must stay at least 2 nights to participate
b. Wine Tours
- Half-day wine tours come at an extra cost of $95 per person
- Whole-day wine tours come at an extra cost of $190 per person
- Wine tours with lunch must be pre-booked three weeks in advance
- Wine tours with wine tasting must be pre-booked one week in advance
- Keep in mind that wine tours on weekdays must be pre-booked 48 hours in advance
c. Spa Tub
- Spa tub is free of charge
- Please contact Fernando to reserve a slot, as this is a common amenity shared by all guests
Important note:
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban from October to March
- Please keep in mind that some amenities, such as the paddocks and spa tub are shared
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
