Great little getaway for daughter and me

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!

Great Find – Exceeded Expectations for the Price

My wife and I are both retired and can afford to stay anywhere, but we also appreciate the value of a great find. We prefer unique places like this over the obvious high-end options where you’re paying for a certain level of luxury. While this home isn’t a five-star resort, neither is the price—and for what we paid, it far exceeded our expectations.Built in 1912, the house has plenty of historic charm and was clean, comfortable, and well-situated. We stayed for four nights and walked to downtown Wilmington every day and night, feeling completely safe while strolling through the beautiful historic neighborhood.If you’re looking for a well-priced stay that delivers more than you’d expect for the cost, this is a great choice. We’d absolutely stay here again!

A Gem!

I came to Wilmington to visit my son for Parent's Weekend. When I went on VRBO this was the first house that came up in the listings. I couldn't believe how reasonable the rate was per night and how cute the accommodations were. When I arrived I checked in easily and the rest of the stay went just as smooth. It was pretty hot the 4 days I was there (Hurricane Helene) but the temp inside was perfect. Convenient to dowtown and anywhere else my son and I wanted to go. I used Uber to get around when my son wasn't available. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic trip!!

I've been looking for a place to stay in Wilmington that is perfect for a solo or duo trip with my husband just to bike around the historic district and eat good food and this is within biking distance of not only the historic district and the river walk/downtown area, but Greenfield park as well!! I will be staying here each time I do a lil bike trip now!!

Grandson’s wedding

This flat is adorable, perfect for 2 people. Very clean and very comfortable! I love the Victorian -ness of it. The balcony was a hit! Calm, peaceful and comfortable. The price was just right for us too. We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you so much!

Week Long Stay

Great location close to restaurants and shops. Easy commute to beach areas as well. Plenty of space for 2 people with a full kitchen and two living spaces. Cute sitting room off the bedroom gets nice sunlight for reading and relaxing.

Well appointed apartment space (upper level) with full amenities…..kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, W/D, hardwood floors, outdoor deck, great shower. Close to downtown and short drive to Wrightsville beach. 5 night stay was a great, relaxing getaway!

Last minute stay

We needed a one-bedroom close to downtown. The house was easy to find. Check-in was seamless and we felt safe. The accommodations were just as described/pictured. Spacious layout. Comfy bedding and towels. Great water pressure in the shower. Loved the coffee and also some extra snacks were left for us. We did not cook, but the kitchen appeared well-equipped. Enjoyed our night and would stay again.

Quaint and Safe Historic Spot

I absolutely lucked out on this adorable VRBO rental for my first solo trip. The coded locks on all entrances made me feel so safe as a single woman traveling, and it was a comfort to have the owners in contact and friendly in the off chance I had a problem. It is an amazing location in Wilmington, you could even walk to the riverfront and historic district of you wanted but it's a short and easy ride to ample downtown parking. You're still close to the action without feeling like you're surrounded by the tourist areas. I cannot recommend the place enough
