Great location, clean, easy to access, accessible street parking in front of house, and exactly as advertised. (I’d add the kitchen is bigger than what the pictures show) Stayed here for marathon weekend and it’s a couple blocks to shuttle bus stop and less than 1/2 a mile from finish line. Also, convenient to have cafe and ice cream in walking distance. A few logistic-related messages to owners who responded promptly.

Such a cute house in a great area! Several yummy places to eat right around the corner. Kitchen was well stocked and the host quickly responded to my questions. Would stay again!

Unit was in poor condition. Dishwasher did not work. Floors were wavy. Back deck needs lots of refurbishing. King size bed was wobblily. At 11PM a gentleman with the entry code arrived and stated he had reserved the unit. He was, fortunately, very nice about the situation, but we were all in bed at his arrival. If this has any refund potential I would like to receive same.

The host was really helpful, and we shared a lot of information easily. The place was in a great location, close to everything. We walked to most spots, but getting an Uber was quick and cheap. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect to be walking distance to town, and oh you have to walk to Brooklyn Cafe 1.5 blocks best donuts in world. Property was clean and owners were very responsive and clear instructions and check in/out process.

Very nice place. Walking distance to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The owner and property manager were very helpful and easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay!

This home was nice, cozy and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. The owners responded immediately to any questions we had. There were also extra pillows, blankets and towels available. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location for show at Live Oak Pavilion

We stayed at this great vrbo to be a 13 minute walk away from Live Oak Pavilion. There are several good restaurants along the river walk that are 10-15 minutes away including our favorite Marina Grill. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. There are several charming homes in this neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

Amazing place and incredible location

We had the best stay. This was everything we wanted and more. The place was perfect for my family of 6. We sat on the back deck every morning. We walked all around Wilmington- everything was a short walk away. Communication was excellent. I highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation!

My mother and I stayed here for a trip back to our hometown for Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! Mom didn’t want to go back home! Perfect place for a mother daughter stay. We will absolutely be booking here again.
