The check in process was stressful. The host would not answer phone and the text responses seemed automated. You have to download an electronic key card app but I never got the download. You have no idea if the address was correct or if it was some sort of scam. It all worked out in the end but it was 2 hours of my life I won't get back when checking into a hotel is much easier.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet!It is obviously new to the VRBO market and could definitely use some other kitchen utensils. Cutting board, knife block, oven mitts would have been helpful. Otherwise it was a great location to downtown for our weekend in Wilmington for a friends wedding! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!
