We have stayed here many times while visiting our daughter and her family. Room is always clean and comfortable. Staff is readily available, helpful and are responsive.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past few years, and sad to say, it has really gone downhill. We were very disappointed in how dirty the common spaces, hallways, and especially our room were. We had to hound the front desk to get our room cleaned again, after which it was livable but still not great. We won’t be returning.

Pleasant experience. Staff were all very friendly. Room was a good fit for a family of 4. Plenty of food at breakfast. Easy to walk along the river to the Children’s Museum. Parking was pay to park, but there were plenty of spots.

The breakfast selection was very Average and it wasn’t kept warm. Bedding didn’t fit the beds and a pull down blind was missing. My biggest complaint was that the hotel charged for parking!!! $13/night!! It was an open parking in the lot! Ridiculous!

Disappointed in this place. Didn’t feel clean, they charge for parking when there are acres of parking very near by, and the supposedly included breakfast was not available. I received a “refund” for the breakfast in the form of Hilton Loyalty points due to room being booked through Hotels.com couldn’t give the $15 refund. Needless to say I won’t be going back!

Cleanliness was not what i expect in a hotel. There was clearly no attention to detail. I was not able to get a replacement room due to my time constraints and had to end up booking into another hotel. Piles of dirt in the corners, milkshake splashed on the inside of the window, sticky floor and table, dead flies on the floor, dirt in the vent. With the state of the room, i was not prepared to sleep in that room. There was some kind of event going on and i waited in a long line to get an exchange, but i was in town for an appointment so i had to leave.

The room could have been a little cleaner. The bed sheets looked like they weren't replaced. There was a dirt ring in the bath tub. The folding table was stuck together. The elevator was broken. Children were getting confused about how to get the next elevator. The elevator issue was a hazard that should have been addressed as an emergency.
