My family really enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only issue we had was getting new towels. I had asked an employee at 1pm for towels and when I came back to my room after 10pm. I didn’t have clean towels, so I had to go back down and get clean towels. The hotel should also let guest know when house keeping will be stopping by the rooms. The oven was broken; therefore, we did not get fresh baked cookies upon our arrival. Breakfast consists of Starbucks. There is a restaurant I did not try so I can’t say how the food was. The beds are really comfortable and its really peaceful.

Staff were friendly. The lobby was inviting nice decor and plenty of seating area. Room was overall clean. Light dust on the glass shelf with drinking glasses. I was surprised to learn Self parking includes a $10 fee now I know to look for “free parking” Breakfast was not available when my husband asked on Friday. Not certain why. We felt comfortable and would stay again when visiting our family.
