The location is perfect for walking to just about any where you would want to go downtown. Free off street parking is a huge plus. The view is unbeatable & the little balcony is perfect for taking in the sights & sounds of being downtown, especially if you are a big people watcher like we are (and for sitting and sipping a glass of the thoughtful bottle of wine provided by the host). The host is very responsive and helpful.

Bang for Your Buck!

Unbeatable convenience! This rental was a true package deal from the location, to the views, to the parking, & the comforts! The hosts were very communicable & pleasant, and check-in was smooth. There were some minor things expressed to the host concerning the unit, however we'd stay here again for sure!

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host provided coffee and creamer and a nice bottle of wine. The view from the balcony is excellent! Everything you’ll need is within walking distance. Corey was very prompt with responses when I required a quick response. Just note, there is a 100 cleaning fee, but at departure you are required to do the dishes, take the trash to the dumpster, wash the towels and strip the bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

We had a wonderful 1 bedroom 1 bath. The location and views were awesome. The condo had everything you would need for a stay away from home. The shower was the best. They had fun games and magazines to read. Good internet and TV. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

Nice condo and well appointed. All expected amenities were provided. The neighboring condo was completely out of control and not the landlords fault. Drunken tirades, crashing sounds, acrid pot smoke from the balcony, we couldn't even keep the sliding glass door open to enjoy the breeze. All until about 4am. Again, NOT the owners fault. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Overall was as advertised. Close to the river and downtown shops. Only thing we would have like more would be larger towels and control over the thermostat. Other than that we would recommend it to others.
