Unobstructed picturesque view of the Cape Fear River and USS North Carolina from your living room and spacious balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous!! Just around the corner from Wilmington's renowned Market and Front Streets, both with many fine restaurants and bars. The Downtown Riverwalk is on USA Today's short-list for Best Riverwalks in the country and is just outside your door. Secure building with parking available nearby in public lots, however is not included in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo has incredible views and was well prepared for our arrival. The goodie basket in the refrigerator was a very nice touch. Nick has excellent communication skils and answered all questions promptly. We were able to check in without any problems. Thanks so much for the extra hour at checkout. Great bagel place around the corner. Easy walking to shops and restaurants . Would absolutely stay here again!
My husband and I spent 4 nights here for some relaxation and sightseeing in the area. The condo was as described and perfect for our stay. The location was great with short walks to many restaurants, shops and historic sights. The parking garage was only a block away and a very easy walk. The views from the balcony were great and we were able to enjoy the activity from the half marathon that took place while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.
Parked our car upon arrival. everything needed or wanted was within easy walking distance. Multiple Seafood restaurants,Rurh Cris Steak House, Bagel Shop all within a block.
The property is in an excellent location right on the river front.. clean, great views of people walking by and water craft zipping thru. Excellent food and entertainment nearby without having to drive.. pleasant atmosphere, friendly people, relaxing, quite.. definitely will be returning..
We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very well kept and maintained. It was very clean and conveniently located in a charming neighborhood on the Cape fear Riverwalk. There were many great restaurants, bars and shops in this historic and scenic location. The only negatives are that the bed and pillows could be updated and it would have been nice to have a few extra towels and washcloths. Overall, We did have a wonderful experience and were very satisfied. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the river views and ability to walk to restaurants and local attractions. Parking a block away was a hassle though especially when unloading and packing up.
This is the fourth unit we’ve stayed at in this complex. All have been nice, but this one is extremely nice. Clean, well appointed, awesome top floor view, and convenient to so many things we wanted to do. We will definitely return again!

Parking situation isn't ideal, having to pa $15 a day in a nearby parking garage, but we knew that going in, so can't really complain. Bed pillows could stand to be upgraded. But very communicative owner, incredible location, great views, clean, safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
THIS WAS A FANTASTIC LOCATION IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN. EVERYTHING WAS WITHIN WALKABLE DISTANCE. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED SITTING ON THE BALCONY WATCHING THE SUNSET COME IN OVER THE RIVER.
This was our third time visiting Wilmington and we fell in love with the downtown area. The first year we rented a house but we had to drive every day. Second year we did stay downtown but no view at all. Third time is a charm! Perfect location, perfect view. We couldn't be happier.
Nick was great to work with as a host! The location was spot on and easy to access. I was in town for Ironman 70.3 and the finish line was literally less than 100 yds from the rental which was fantastic. The live music from downtown was a little loud but the views and the ease of access outweighed that one distraction. I paid for parking a block away. 14$ per day but easy to get in and out of and it was covered along with being secured. Also, if you forget something there is a super convenient DG store less than 1/2 block down which came in handy. If I come back to do this race without the family I'll definitely stay here again!

When they tell you not to park in the private lot, DO NOT PARK IN SAID LOT. Even when the lot is empty. Even when you’re going upstairs to get a very heavy cooler. Even when you mention being there for just a second for said cooler, to the old men standing by the door. Just DO. NOT. DO. IT. Obviously, this is NOT the host’s fault, but you just need to know the HOA is serious (and not the nicest!)
