Very comfortable property. Our family of four fit easily and there was plenty to do at the apartment with the pool table, hot tub, and tvs. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Note that you should pick up some bottled water when you stay here as the only sink is in the bathroom.

A Wonderful Experience!

We took a quick trip to enjoy Busch Gardens for a couple days and this was the perfect place to stay. Just a few short minutes from Busch Gardens and downtown Williamsburg. It was clean and spacious for the four of us. The owners added several extra touches and communication was stellar. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was super clean and cozy. And we absolutely loved all the movie and sports decor. 10/10!

Great location

Conveniently located for visiting Colonia Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The only negative comment I have is that there was a slight dog odor. I always rent pet-free properties because I am sensitive to the smell. Other than that we were pleased with the rental.

Great little basement apartment, close by to the gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Host recommended a fantastic grocery store. Beds are comfortable. Some reviews note a "musty" smell, this area is humid, common to have musty odors. Host had a great air purifier, no musty odor noted during our stay. Only recommendation is to do a good power was to the entry way of the apartment.
