We had an excellent experience and stay at this property! It was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel like home. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms. After exploring the area, this house was just plain fun to return to. We utilized the hot tub, mini-golf and had a few competitive games of Battleship in the game room:) Frank was wonderful with communication and quick to respond with any of our needs, which were very few. Highly recommend!

This was the MOST stocked vacation home we’ve been in! Our stay was a week for vacation involving the Grand Canyon and surrounding sights. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is bigger than it looks and was so comfortably arranged. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, fire pit, and bbq several times. Communication with the host was excellent and informative! If a friend were contemplating going to Williams, Az. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!!

My wife said this was the best vacation home we have ever rented. It was immaculately clean. Furniture is nice. The mattresses on the beds were fantastic. The hot tub was great at the end of each day and we got in it every night we were there. And the location was perfect. Within no time I learned how to get down to Route 66 and back without using navigation. It’s literally about a 5 minute drive to Williams and you don’t even have to get on the interstate. We loved all the little shops and restaurants. We hated to leave. I only had one question during the stay and the host responded almost immediately and resolved the issue for me. If we ever get back to this part of the country, we will definitely try to rent this exact place again.

My kids loved the game room and the mini golf course in the backyard. There is even a great playground a few blocks away. This location is quiet. This property is a gem. We truly felt at home and can't wait for a future visit. My five year old loved the game room. Easy access to the house and great communication with the host. The easy to start fire place and hot tub were a bonus. Great location! Cataract lake is literally across the street. Great walking trails and even a playground. We did the train ride from Williams to the Grand canyon and the train depot was just a 7 minute drive away.

The place was very clean and accommodating for our family besides there was only two shower towels for a family of five. It was easy to reach out to the owner and they delivered extra towels to us that same day. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommended others!

Great Location

Great House for a small family. Very clean when we arrived. Enjoyed the cool mornings out by the firepit. When we were there, it got a little warmer in the afternoons but there were plenty of fans and it cooled off by early evening. We enjoyed going to downtown Williams and walking around. The view from the back yard of the house was awesome. We are ready to go back when its even colder.
