Really enjoyed our stay at the Windcreek in Curaçao . Our welcome was warm and friendly , check in was quick and informative . Two lovely ladies Isabel and Martina prepared our smoothies and omelettes to perfection each day . Our wait staff at the hotel friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel as it’s location is ideal with shops , restaurants and entertainment at your finger tips .

The room was in good condition. Cleanliness acceptable. Air Conditioning was VERY capable. However, it is the little things that take it from 3 stars to five. Two people in the room. Only one chair at the table. Second chair never appeared. Again, 2 people in the room but only 3 sets of towels appeared. The pump soap ran out. Housekeeping, I guess, relies on the guest to report the levels. One day, no towels at the artificial beach. Beach staff completely indifferent; told me to use the towels from my room. Which, of course, necessitates a walk back to your room and then a search for fresh towels to replace the ones used on the beach. Bar ran out of Aperol. No one went to stock to replace it. There were a couple bottles at the bar on the artificial beach, but no one went there to get one. THERE IS NO TOMATO JUICE so you are not getting a Bloody Mary. This is not a criticism; just a statement of fact. It is an island with very little rain fall. They import EVERYTHING. It is fresh and the quality is good but it is expensive. 4 frozen pina coladas, with tip, $100.00 American. The breakfast buffet was good but it never varied.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at the Renaissance Marriott Curaçao! You may want to sit down for this review—it’s a little long, but I simply can’t condense how amazing our experience was at the Marriott Renaissance Curaçao. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly the best my wife and I have ever experienced in all our years of traveling. Miguel and Alexis at the door welcomed us each day with genuine warmth—it was always such a pleasure to see them. At the front desk, Talia and Rodrigo went above and beyond to make us feel like the only guests in the resort. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay nothing short of extraordinary. We were even personally greeted by Didtra and Luis, two of the resort managers, who introduced themselves and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding—whether ordering à la carte or enjoying the wide selection at the buffet. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Mariluz, who always made our mornings brighter and truly became a friend. And I have to mention Martina, who made the best omelet I’ve ever had! When dinner time rolled around, George was another standout. You can tell he doesn’t just work there—he loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. The island itself is beautiful and inviting, with plenty of shops and activities nearby, but it was the people who made this trip unforgettable. We’re already planning to return soon—if only to reconnect with the incredible staff.
