Nestled on a corner lot, this inviting residence boasts an open and spacious floor plan perfect for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals while the living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV with cable for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The dining room features seating for six plus two chairs at the bar area.
The master suite is a true oasis complete with a king-size bed, TV, and stunning views of the sparkling pool. Beautiful Home

This home is gorgeous….love the open floor plan. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and inviting.It was so relaxing to sit by the pool, watching and listening to the calm of the waterfalls. We thought that the directions for the pool alarm could have been clearer. The sound of the traffic was loud at times. I don’t know how you could fix that. It did keep one of our party awake at night as one bedroom was on the traffic side of the house.Very friendly neighborhood. Easy ride /walk to Brownwood Town Square. We enjoyed our time at this house.

Excellent home close to Brownwood.

Amazing house close to activity. The pool was wonderful even though it was almost too cold to go in. It was located at the end of a street so privacy was prime. The home was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. Thank you! We would recommend!

Rules rules rules

The house was very nice and conveniently located to Brownwood. The property manager (Remax) emailed about 15 documents to sign. No problem. When we got to the house there was a paper with a QR code to download with even more information. We didn’t do that because I thought it was the same set of rules we already received. There were tiny post-it notes all over the house that were totally illegible so I have no idea what they said or who wrote them. There was an alarm on the doors leading to the pool, which is fine, but no button on the outside so the alarm went off everytime we wanted to come back inside. Either someone had to sit in the living room to disarm the alarm, or the alarm went off so no such thing as a nap. There were what I thought were garage door openers on the counter that would have been unusable because the garage had to be in the locked position or one of the neighbors could open the garage door. I emailed Remax and that’s when I was informed, rudely, that I should have seen all this info when I downloaded the QR code. All this information could have been included in the original emails or put on a piece of paper on the counter like other property managers do. I would never go thru Remax again for a rental in The Villages.

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Antrim Dells is one of my favorite villages, but the one thing I did not account for was the road noise. It really cannot be heard in the house, but you can hear it by the pool. The waterfalls do act as a bit of white noise for that noise. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Pool & Location

We had a few issues with temperature and the outdoor patio and furniture were dirty. The property manager fixed the temperature issues immediately, which was wonderful. My husband had to wash down the entire outdoor space to make it useable. The pool was very clean. The location was very close to Brownwood. The interior of the home was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The furniture is sparse and sofa is very uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing your own coffee maker, as the one at the home is subpar. We had a nice time, but the lanai alarm was a deal breaker. I have mobility issues and i struggled with having to press a button before exiting or entering the home to avoid a loud alarm. I wish that i would have known about this before renting.
