Enjoy our clean, cute, vintage chic studio apartment. This is the perfect location as we are 5 minutes from I75 and Florida Turnpike. We are 10 minutes from LIVE Music, Restaurants and more in the Brownwood Town Square. Looking forward to hosting you!

I live next door, so if you need me I am close by. This apartment is attached to a home which is also a short term rental unit with other guests. We want all our guest to have a pleasant experience so we do ask that both guest keep the noise down out of respect for each other.

The apartment entrance is located in the front of the home. You will park in front of the garage door. There is a private yard just for apartment guest to the right of where you park.
The apartment is air-conditioned and has an array of amenities, including a fireplace, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a hair dryer, and an ironing board.
