First off, there was no hot water. Second, the thermostat had been left at 60 degrees—way too cold— and the thermostat itself was very difficult to figure out how to use. I had failed to order sheets and towels—for which I take responsibility—but when I tried to reach the property manager through the app to see if we could get some, I got no answer. Later tried to call for advice on the thermostat, and again no response. Also, it was very noisy outside. There are not three bedrooms. Two bedrooms and a pull out in the living room. The unit itself was fine; guests should know it is a second floor walkup. Pack light!
