Park Place at The President is an 1850 sq ft spacious oceanfront condo. Unit 601 is the only 3 bedroom, 3 full bath unit in The President, a unique oceanfront condominium with only 24 units. Located on the 6th floor, 601 features an open floor plan where the Large Living Room, Dining Area and Gourmet Kitchen ALL overlook the beach with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. A private tiled deck opens from both the living room and master bedroom, perfect for dining and relaxing while watching the waves break along the shore. The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite counter tops. The living room has a big screen TV and pull out sofa bed. The glass dining table fits 8 comfortably.
The building has a full sized heated swimming pool, 2 elevators, and 2 parking places with each unit. There is an outdoor shower and foot spray.
There is a huge sun deck next to the pool (overlooking the ocean as well) with chaise lounges for sunbathing and relaxing. There are also gas grills near the sun deck for your convenience.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. The condo is very nice. Love being right on the beach. Views spectacular. Just what we wanted. The only thing I can say is that I wish the TV had even a basic subscription. Couldn't watch ESPN sports, or any of our normal programs. I know this is expensive to carry but it really leaves renters in the dark. I would pay slight more just to have that!

Very well appointed accommodations. Quiet and peaceful location. Amenities were top rate, pool, sundeck, barbecue, beach and close to Capemay and Stone Harbor. Great family vacation spot!!!
