Great place for concert goers.

Clean with a great location. Had AC on one of the hottest days. Made sleeping wonderful. Near hbf and Schlachthof. Perfect for concert going.

Very comfortable hotel

I like this brand and chose Intercity hotels when only possible. This one is located directly next to the central railway station so very convenient for travelers. Room nicely equipped, quiet, clean. Friendly staff.

Problem with heating system

Certainly convenient to the train station. Biggest issue is that it was freezing cold and they have a problem with their heating system. It takes about 40 minutes to actually blow warm air and instead of just telling customers this, they stall and don't respond clearly. So, while there was heat, eventually, it was much less than pleasant to get to a comfortable stay.

Upon arrival we asked if we could check in early we got a prompt no by a rude young lady at the front desk. Not until 3:00p. But at 2:30 we noticed others checking in so I asked and what seemed like a manager said yes. But our room would be dirty. The room was clean. But we needed more pillows for my neck. When we asked they said they’d bring them up. Well we just flew in from America and we went to sleep around 8p to wake up at 1a to see pillows on the bed and floor! They actually entered our room while we were sleeping! Then asking for room cleaning, another dissatisfaction when they did not replace hand soap,conditioner, Kleenex, coffee etc. Also for the first two days our room cards would not work and we constantly had to ask for them to be fixed. All of this would not have been so bad if they were nice and sorry. Instead it seemed we were putting “them” out. And after I requested room cleaning we came back to find our safe would not open. Talk about freaking out! The manager had to come with a key to unlock it. I asked if this happened often and she shrugged and said “sometimes” ugh. As the week progressed we would have to ask for coffee, toilet paper, towel etc. The manager was actually starting to be more helpful. I will not stay here again. We left housekeeping a tip hoping the room would be restocked. Nope. This is a hotel ment for business travel only. I booked it because I’ve been to Wiesbaden several times and it was convenient for me to know where I was.
