Cute 2 bedroom located close to all major highways with the ability to get anywhere in town within 15 min. Whether you are in town for work or for a concert, the South Side Resort will be ready to take care of you. We have televisions in all bedrooms, and a main 55" smart television in the basement for your streaming and movie watching. Has a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and a full laundry room in the lower level should you need to do a quick load. This home is 5 min from all major highways, about 10 min from Derby, 15 from Clearwater and has a ton of space. Two desks for working and high speed internet as well.
