Excellent home in a great location. The house is just as advertised. Plenty of living space with nice size bedrooms. 2 complete modern bathrooms. A kitchen that will allow you to fully cook. The downstairs finished basement is a great addition. Hot tub and big back yard. Multiple TVs for the TV watchers. Host checked in multiple times. I would highly recommend for families.

My family and I made a quick trip to Wichita to go school shopping and this home was the perfect stay! Close to town east and other shopping centers! beautiful neighborhood and the home was well equipped with everything we needed! We loved the back patio, the kids had plenty of room to run around. The bunnies were fun to watch in the mornings! Will definitely stay again!

Great experience

We stayed in Wichita for graduation weekend, and from the moment we booked, Alexandra was in touch with excellent communication. The home was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and well-organized. Everyone was comfortable, and the space was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and both bathrooms were spotless with plenty of fresh towels.Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the backyard or hot tub due to our short stay, they looked like great features—perfect for a family BBQ or a relaxing outdoor dinner during a longer visit.Overall, our stay was amazing, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Wichita. Thank you, Alexandra, for your outstanding hospitality!

Great spot for a getaway!

Designer’s Retreat

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hot tub, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood really stood out. Alex, our host, was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She even found a charger we left behind and responded quickly to get it back to us. The location was ideal for shopping at Towne East Mall, Bradley Fair and central business district, and close to a grocery store and restaurants. Pro tip - get a breakfast burrito at Lina’s which is close to the home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a family looking for a quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Looking forward to returning someday!

Lovely house

This house is beautiful. I love the decor. The basement was a great area to hang out in and felt cool and cozy. It was well-stocked with everything our family needed. The host was very nice and responsive.
