We had such a great weekend at Penn Lake! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so cozy from the moment we arrived. The lake views were peaceful and relaxing, and one of our favorite parts was taking the canoes out on the water, so much fun and such a perfect way to enjoy the scenery. Everything was well maintained and made our stay feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell a lot of care goes into this home. We made amazing memories here and would definitely love to come back!

Sent a few messages ahead of time, in one I specifically asked if there was an outdoor grill available (on the patio or yard), and was told no. When I arrived, there was indeed a gas grill on the patio.The front steps are sloped downward facing out. These really need to be fixed.Otherwise, this was a great property, right on the lake, and a great place to stay while visiting family.

We had a wonderful three day weekend at this beautiful lake house. The view of the lake is spectacular. The property was beautiful inside and out. It was clean, updated and had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time away. We would definitely book this home again. This house is huge with three levels of rooms to explore. The bottom level walks out to the lake area. It was really a fantastic house for a family getaway. We loved it!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, and very clean and comfortable. We made a nice dinner one of the evenings, and had everything we needed to prepare and cook the meal. Communication was easy and fast with the host. Check in and out went smoothly, and most of all, my husband enjoyed his birthday getaway.

A fantastic house on a beautiful lake. House is filled with amenities, comfortable and spacious. The lake is great for fishing, kayaking and canoeing, and swimming... with a white sandy beach just across the lake. Quiet and secluded area of the Poconos.

Girls trip

Everything about this place was wonderful. Exactly as advertised. We had a small issue with the toilet but they offered to send someone out within a few hours. We opted not to accept the offer as we were leaving the next day. The view of the lake is amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the deck.

Work trip/retreat

I had to stay in the area for business trip. This place gave me the most amazing “working week” because of how beautiful it was but also because of its location. It is located right by the lake in the woods which makes it very peaceful. Best place to unwind after work. House itself is absolutely stunning, perfect layout and beautifully built! Will stay here again!
