This 3–4-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully decorated to tie into the beachy and vibrant center of Whangamata. Comfortable and welcoming with all mod cons, look no further for the ideal central spot. The Dunes is within a secure gated complex with a shared swimming pool - perfect for a family summer trip!
When you're ready to sit back with a glass of wine in hand and enjoy a moment to yourself, you'll be spoilt for choice - step out from the dining area onto the dedicated outdoor deck with views out to the surf bar, or from the lounge out onto the outdoor BBQ area with a funky bar leaner.
Spread across three storeys, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen on the middle floor flow out onto two sundecks to maximise all day sun. The master bedroom, ensuite and walk in wardrobe are on the upper level, opening onto a cute sundeck with sea views. On the ground level, you'll find a 75” TV room/Queen bed, converted garage, two bedrooms, bathrooms (separate toilet) and a courtyard area leading to the gorgeous pool.
Stroll across the road to cafes, restaurants, a bakery, or enjoy some retail shopping. Whangamata also offers both a 9-hole and 18-hole golf course. Bike, kayak, surfboard and paddle board hire are next door! The supermarket is just 10 minutes’ walk away. The wharf and harbour - which is ideal for kids fishing and safe swimming - is in walking distance, with fishing and diving charters available. Go tua tua hunting at low tide, play mini-golf, or just hang out on the beautiful white sandy beach watching some of the country’s top surfers.
