Nice location. Well, the town is really small, so you can cross it fast. Quiet, accessible, and relaxing place. it has all the proper amenities to stay for a short period. Good breakfast (nice waffles)

The entire facility just seemed very old and tired. The staff were awesome. There was some kind of a problem with the electric in our room where when you plugged something in it sparked. They said they’d write a work order or something. The breakfast was cold and not good at all. But the ladies at the front desk and in the breakfast area were awesome.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close (a problem for privacy). The floors were dirty (dead bugs along floor trim). Walls were cracked and patched with mismatched paint. None of the machines in the gym were working. The parking lot was covered in ice making it very dangerous to walk on.

Stuff was great. My husband and I went to casino for 3 hours came back to get ready to watch tv and settle down got to our room it had been broken into. The TV was off the lights was off and we had left everything on,went to shut the curtain noticed the window was open my husband raised it to check everything out and noticed the screen was out and leaned up against window seal like we just missed whoever it was. Changed rooms but they only moved us next door so was pointless and didn't get any sleep. Hotel never offered to compliment our stay or even ask if everything was ok or if we was ok they wouldn't make a police report either . Won't be staying there anymore

The beds were super soft & comfortable… the room itself was outdated but from the hotel photos we might have been in the old part? It still had carpet. Breakfast wasn’t great, not a good selection at all. But overall it was a good one night stay while we were in town for a wedding.

Booked the room solely for our kids to swim in the pool.Upon calling to check pool hours the receptionist informed us the pool was closed for the season (indoor pool).We asked for a refund and they initially said no but after talking to the manager they agreed to..I called a few days later to check on the status of the refund and she said it was processing..when I called back a week and a half later to see what was going on with it the receptionist said she’d have to talk to her manager because she wasn’t sure if they would be able to refund..So I feel like they lied about it..not to mention they didn’t have it listed that the pool was closed.Bad business.Still no refund

The lobby had so much air freshener it was hard to breathe. The heater in the room hadn’t been turned on all year and it blew smoke and dust all over the room, the bathroom had not been cleaned or mopped in weeks. They served rotten apples, and rotten cream cheese and really bad powdered eggs, stale English muffins, and rock hard biscuits. The waffle maker was broken, the toaster was broken. The pool was closed for the winter, even though it is indoors.

I was there for over 10 days. The whole time, during my stay, the laundromat was not available. Didn’t seem to be in any hurry to get it fixed. 100’s of construction workers and contractors staying at hotel and no way, other then to leave the facility after working all day, to wash clothes.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and we had a non-smoking room. The breakfast was probably one of the worst I’ve had ever. The eggs were grainy and the bread was stale. The keycards kept getting demagnetized so I had to go down to the front to get them fixed on multiple occasions. However the staff was nice, the place was quiet.
