Rat hole is how I would describe this hotel. The staff were totally unfriendly. Everything was filthy. Beds were one splinter away from broken. Breakfast had sour waffle mix, literally frozen solid eggs, the bagels were ok.

I had to work in the area and this place was a great choice. I had free breakfast and I was excited to use the pool. Infortunatelly, it was not open. I had a great time there and I was able to relax and sleep. People at the front desk are profesional and helpfull. Have a great week.

The staff was phenomenal. This place was so nice. Everything was close by. You could tell the rooms had been recently renovated. They have free board games for those nights when we didn’t want to go out and fight the cold. We stayed 6 nights and found Quality Inn was much more affordable and better than the other hotels around the area. We will be coming back here when we come back to visit family! Quiet, affordable and comfortable!

We didn’t even stay. It was dirty, other guests were at the desk complaining they didn’t have water. The pool was closed. There was blood on the faucet in the bathroom. We went to a different hotel and had a great time.
