The hot water tap in the shower was leaking in a steady stream. They had the shower room door closed with the fan on when I arrived. The room was like a sauna. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the hotel. I only stay here because it is close to my parents condo.

Clean and basic accommodations, breakfast buffet was adequate for the price. We stayed because of the convenient location and friendly staff... however, if this was a real vacation, there were other options better suited and a bit more premium

Was no doubt concerned when I looked out the back window of my room (post check in) and saw burnt aluminum siding, insulation, wood and other materials strewn around the back lawn. Looked it up on the internet and saw that they had an arson situation, someone who they were still looking for had set the hotel building on fire 4 nights earlier. I was nervous about a repeat situation, but we had already checked in and could not get our money back to go to another hotel. I would think the hotel would have done a better job in cleaning that mess up, versus leaving it for guests to see. Anyways the bed was comfortable and the room fairly clean.

I have travelled much and have had much experince with travelling and have NEVER seen duch a disgustingly dirty place even the walls were covered with all kinds of stuff but the bathroom especially I have to say was the worst I have seen outhouses or rest stops much cleaner and our room was I have no idea what the ehck is was suppose to be very hard to explain .The breakfast was laughable to say the least .white and wholegrain bread was available .some cereals ,yogurts, orange or apple juice and coffee.The only positive thing was one of the staff who was very accommidating to my late checkout because of my daughter getting released from hospital after a very major surgery .I have put my kids up in Super 8s before and have always been satisfied by their experiences and even myself from time to time .But this one needs to be deleted from your site .I wouldn't send a homeless person there .

Drink machines only had energy drinks in stock. Some things were left in the floor from the people who rented the room before us. Door looked like some one broke into it at one point in the past. Was okay for a one night stay.

Property halls were not kept up. Check-in time seemed lengthy. Walls very thin, lots of noise from 4am onwards. Baby heard crying at 5am. We chose because it was affordable but next time will step up to a Marriot type property.

Everything was good but the carpets in the hall weren’t clean so that was a bit disturbing as quick vacuum could have made a difference. The staff was friendly. Room was dated but clean.

The carpet in our room certainly needs to cleaned. The rest of the room very clean but carpet disgusting. The front desk not always covered. Had to call to get someone to come to front desk. The same when we wanted to check out.

Stayed for a week and will say this hotel met our needs. It’s in a good location (close to shopping, dining and gas stations ) and the price is reasonable. Breakfast was fine, although it would have been better if there were some gluten free muffins or bread. The warm pool was a nice touch too, although one night the water was sort of cloudy. Hot tub was great and the restaurant was convenient for dinner. That being said, there is some room for improvement in housekeeping. We stayed for a week but didn’t require fresh sheets everyday, however, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed at all, we ran out of coffee for the in room machine, and the bathroom wasn’t freshened up. The hallway carpet had the same crushed eggshell on it for the whole time. The area outside our window had old furniture discarded, so that wasn’t lovely. It would be nice if there was an outside seating area so patrons could enjoy the warm Kelowna evening. Overall we were satisfied with the property but there is room for improvement.

When checking in I was unaware that debit wasn’t an option for payment but I had my money in that account but I had forgot my debit card at home so I had to e-transfer my partner but he had a limit on his and the guy made an annoyed “oh come on” he was very impatient. He was the only staff who was horrible, I asked for towels in the pool for the people that were still in there because I felt bad taking the last one and he make another remark. The room was okay, bed was soft and pillows too. The air conditioner worked which was great. One review mentioned there was Netflix and other streaming option but there was not in our room. Ice machine was broken. Washing machine (coin operated) broken. Breakfast was just muffins from what looked like Walmart. Coffee in are room was excellent! Keep in mind if your going into downtown Kelowna there usually a long wait in the morning and evening. Other staff in there were very accommodating excluding the over night guy. Also no debit machine there so you can’t take cash out for payment.
