Very beautiful, small cabin perfect for a couples mountain getaway but would not try to fit anymore than 2. Everything is perfect except the actual location of the cabin ruins the actual experience of being in the mountains and no where near secluded.

Property was cute and clean and sufficient for me. I'd tell owners to put a shelf or seat in shower as there is no where to put shampoo, soap, etc. Also needs instructions on ice maker.

Time Together

We really adored the mini cabin! The location was prefect as it was located near anything needed. Our stay was nice and relaxing, and we really enjoyed ourselves, especially since we were able to watch the fireworks from our porch with a full view. it was nice to sit on the porch and enjoy nature. It was decorated beautifully and it was very clean. The gas logs were left on which we only discovered later the first day as my husband was sitting at the table next to the fireplace and felt the heat. We wondered why it was not getting as cool as the bedroom.Because my husband had a stroke last June 2024, this was our first trip since. He still walks with a cane and his balance is sometimes not good. We had a few suggestions...- make the shower handicap accessible by safety bars - one by the shower door and one on the shower wall (this is good for older people also)- shelf is needed to place soap and shampoo (a handicapped person cannot be bending up and down as well as older people)- a closet is needed for people staying longerThank you for a lovely trip.

great little cabin

loved the little cabin, it is pretty much brand new. The bed needs a better mattress; I slept on the couch the second night. They need to put some sort of soap dish in the shower.

Cabins located by the Cabin Store

Perfect for 2 people and it is literally 1 mile from West Jefferson. Some homey conveniences are missing. For instance no place in shower to put soap and shampoo. Has a dishwasher, but would rather have had a oven.

Nice place

Just like the pictures, cute and clean. Only negative, the neighboring cabins left their outside lights on all night and it lit up my entire cabin. No way to cover the upper windows to block the lights.
