This is a great little motel situated near Gosford and close to many facilities. Our room was spacious and clean and the pool was a nice addition while we stayed here between moving homes. The fact that the newly update RSL is attached makes it a great choice for dinner and lunch as well. Michelle on reception was very welcoming also. My only complaint was that our late checkout was not observed and they ran out of olives at the pizza bar!

A bit confusing to locate since even the GPS was vague. reception is inside the RSL club which was a bit strange. Outdoor parking was pretty full so it's first in best dressed if you want to park near your room. We had a downstairs room, quiet, but cleaning could be improved.

This motel is attached to the RSL, which makes it very convenient if looking for excellent dining. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there. Membership to the RSL is complementary with your room, although you may have to ask for it. The Accessible Room was well designed and very convenient. Most of the services we wanted were within walking distance and it was a short drive to get to the Reptile Park. The motel is set well back from the major traffic artery and sound proofing in the room negates all traffic noise.

Motel reception at the RSL club reception now. Having to wait 10mins to be served was not a good start. Could not park outside room due to the RSL using the car spaces outside our room for storing beer kegs. Noise was an issue from highway, othe guests and clobbers.

Staff totally incompetent at checkin took an excessive amount of time to find the booking as apparently “the program” doesn’t have it in the system after a certain time ?? and my room had empty biscuit packets and hair bands from previous travellers behind the bedside table

The proximity to the RSL is great as it’s a lovely club, nice food, quick friendly service. It did take us a while to find out that reception wasn’t at the hotel but rather at the RSL. The room was clean, tidy and as expected

Staff were great! Room was clean and in good condition. Our only issue was our room was directly opposite the RSL club outdoor area, where they had live music right up until midnight. Way too loud, being that it was so close to the club. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad further down the other end of the motel (I don’t know), but I probably wouldn’t stay there again on a Friday or Saturday night.

I can imagine people have good experiences at this motel. Reasonably modern, attached to a nice club. My experience, and I suspect everyone who stayed last night, was a nightmare. The club, which runs the motel, has live music. That music (rock band) played in an outdoor bar area, right next to the motel, till midnight. They most well have been playing in your bedroom! No chance of any guest sleeping before midnight. Made the rooms effectively uninhabitable. The club should close the motel when booking outdoor entertainment that goes late into the night. Unbelievable arrogance by the club. In addition, the mattress was old and hard, and I had to park 200m away because beer pallets were stacked up in front of my room spread across 100m. Be warned, if staying when they have live music.
