I noticed microwave was broken when i went to use it early in the morning. They eventuallìy, come nightime had us carry it down to the office and agreed to switch it out for one brand new in the box. So it took all day for us to even be able to eat something. Fast forward, phone keeps ringing off the hook but no one says anything once we would answer. Then some man(manager) comes to door knocking very loudly and obnoxiously repeatedly. He then proceeds to ask for my ex boyfriend by name which was odd b/c although he carried the old one down and new one up, he isnt listed on my room though. The man( manager) proceeds to accuse him of breaking it , stating he has a history of having broken or damaged property after hes stayed previously and wanted to inform him that the security deposit would be taken. MY SECURITY DEPOSIT!!!! I later went to the office to discuss the nonsense accusations and bully like actions just for them to steal my money essentially. They refused to allow me to keep my deposit and started McNabb ɓĺdf b fb DVD vd cvs toand informed me ugh
