Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor experience I had during my stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival, the room provided was not clean and was clearly not prepared for guests. This was unacceptable and caused immediate discomfort. In addition, there was a complete lack of customer service. My concerns were ignored, and staff showed no interest in resolving the situation or offering any assistance.
Despite raising these issues, no action was taken, and I felt completely disregarded as a customer. This level of service does not meet basic hospitality standards and is very disappointing.
I expect Expedia will not include this hotel in their offer.
