We’re a family 10 (7 adult and 3 kids) the place is ok, but needs Air Condition in the living areas upstairs and downstairs, also needs hot water take showers. The gate at the house need a lock. We past several times in the day and they was not guard at the mail entrance gate.

Sister’s Wedding and Holiday Vacation

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. Floyd waited for us to arrive and had snacks available for us in the house. He was very communicative and responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Couldn’t expect more. Floyd offers transportation options as well. You can also get in touch with West side taxi 5926034066. They will pick you up and take you to Georgetown reasonably. West Dem Taxi 5926966709 for local trips in Versalles and surrounding areas and to drop off goods from local supernarkets. Also use Tull Taxi and mini bus 5926107655 for special trips Miss Jackie and Dwayne treated us like family. They even prepared the wedding car for my sister and took us to the airport. Wonderful Vacation!!!!!!!!!!!

Explore Guyana

Our hosts surprised us by meeting us in person. The house was nice and as expected. Troy helped organize a trip to Kaieteur and put me in touch with a reliable driver to explore Georgetown and surrounding areas. The location across the bridge put us squarely in a residential neighborhood and away from the bustle of the city center. Given the relatively sparse formal tourist infrastructure, Troy’s assistance was invaluable.
