Room was not cleaned properly (leftover food in fridge & no trash bags in trash cans). Sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off. Breakfast had little to no options for hot food. Highway noise outside made it hard to sleep. No mention of needing to pay for parking until charged at check-out. Also the location of the hotel does not make sense for there to be a charge for parking. It's in a rural town.

Staff was nice. Everything else was mediocre. Breakfast wasn’t good. Frozen pancakes that were hard around the sides to the point I couldn’t eat them and the eggs were grainy. I’ve been at better Fairfields by far. But again, staff was super nice and it was clean. Maybe not worth the almost 200 dollar price tag per night.

Accommodations were nice because it is new, there are not many options in area. NOTE: There is a $5 parking fee - this is not for a parking garage or security, just a $5 fee, which seemed excessive considering there did not seem to be any reason for the charge other than they could. When I called after card was charged the fee, I was told it is in the policies through booking on Hotels.com site. Which it is. However, I still think it should have been mentioned when checking in, not just in the small type on a website.
