You get what you pay for. A little run down. AC was dirty above the pillows on the bed. Beds were lumpy. Everything just kind of felt not great. We stayed one night. But rooms were large and check in was very easy. Would opt for the higher bill in Ogunquit in the future.

Great night

It was just a place to sleep one night as my family was in a rental on the beach but it was pretty much perfect other than the shower floor creaking in spots and the wand missing but that’s trivial. The bed was very comfortable great ac with the heat pump and a very good size room for the price would definitely book again

The hotel check in was inconvenient and the amenities weren't that good, The Ice Machine didn't work after the staff left for the night and the coffee was weak and watered down which is not a good experience first thing in the morning other than that I had a alright time there.

Service great, room slanted

Service was wonderful. Room had bed that squeaked everytime you moved, a/c was loud, and floor was slanted that anything placed on table slid off. We would stay again at Inn but request a different room. Person who checked us in was pleasant and informative, ahe was great!

Great set up for the cost! No coffee maker in the room and lobby coffee not available until after 8 AM, coffee was very weak.

Very disappointing

The lobby door was locked, couldn't get in to check-in. Looked in and saw a filthy lobby and no one was working. The parking lot was empty. It looked like something happened and they closed. Not the welcome you would expect after traveling so far. I had to find a last minute room at a different hotel in this tourist hot spot. Very disappointing!
