Overall our stay at this hotel was average. It’s a lovely hotel right in Cuba St however the communication and service at the hotel is poor. We had two rooms for three night but they had failed to inform us about a two hour water outage one morning. The breakfast buffet was shocking and was only told when we arrived at 9am that it finished at 9.30am. The service in the bar was also shocking, waiting over half an hour for our drinks to arrive as they had forgotten about them. Definitely won’t be back as there are so many other hotel options around with far better service.

I was unable to fly (had a doctors note) to Wellington after an unexpected hospital stay and requested Naumi to consider some sort of refund or credit. They said that they couldn't as it was booked through Expedia. Terrible customer service if you ask me. My extended family who stayed at Naumi, want to go to WOW again next year. I have said I will go but only if none of them stay at Naumi hotel again.

Well first room the bed was broken so…… we moved to the 2nd room and the mixer for the shower was broken / water was freezing. We had the in-house breakfast that morning and the coffee machine spat out Luke warm coffee and the food i. The buffet was not hot!!!!! So the girl at reception who was lovely moved us to another room after breakfast and it was lovely, we put o. The lights and it was like a flashing light behind the bed. We didn’t complain. As the other room they had offered was a twin bed room with really little beds so we just left the light off, the next day the cleaner noticed the flashing light and reception asked us if we would like to leave for a few hours while they fixed it!! We had been out all day and were soaked from a rainy day so we declined. I asked at reception if they could take the breakfast off our account, after explaining what had happened they did but no apology just a faint smile!!! We are respectful people so our complaints were valid and polite.

Great locations , cafes , restaurants and shops around. Facilities are quite new, beds are comfy. Depends on which said your room is facing if it’s on the Cuba slot side it could be noisy at night. And bathroom has no lock.

This hotel looks great in the advertising, but the rooms are tiny, seriously tiny and have no air conditioning. Further there was a disco underneath that pumped out mouse so loud it shook the room until 1.30am. Unless you are deaf and don't suffer from claustrophobia do NOT stay in this hotel.
