Great place to stay. Nice and handy to cuba street, parking across the road. Office and cleaning staff both happy to go the extra mile to help. Spacious and clean rooms. Could do with a Netflix option on the TV and the dryer part of the washer/dryer was not working. Overall fantastic value for money. Looking forward to coming back.

Central location and dog friendly

Full kitchen with everything you need to self cater. The one bedroom apartments are very spacious with an internal bedroom. Comms responsive and got advice on parking. Dog friendly.

Good location and reasonably quiet, but not investing in maintenance anymore - washing machine in my room didn’t work, and was told they’re not repairing them as they’re waiting for enough to replace instead - I was given access to laundry on a different floor but I would’ve preferred being able to use the one in my room. Other minor maintenance things like no longer refilling the large soap dispensers, the cracked shower head spraying out sideways, and the shower curtain not being wide enough just made the place feel a bit more run down than I wanted.

The concierge was super friendly and soo helpful giving advice on restaurants, attending to a slight issue with our aircon which was resolved immediately! It is the perfect location for walking around Wellington and a very reasonable price. We had a deluxe two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again !!

The room was a lot smaller than the pics, which made it look like a very large apartment. However it was sufficient. After hours checkin was fine, as was communication with the staff. Special mention to desk guys, very awesome friendly and helpful. Good location for buses, shops etc.

3 bedroom apartment great and location wonderful. Couches and chairs distant would not pass any health checks. Badly stained and smelly . Need recovering or replacing . Beds and other furniture all good. Need non slip mats in shower and somewhere to put shampoo soap etc . Would definitely stay again if these things were sorted

Beautiful stay, exceptional customer service We picked Liberty Apartment Hotel for its pet-friendly policy, lovely rooms, central location, and reasonable rates. These aspects all delivered, but they went above and beyond with their customer service. The receptionists and housekeepers were always quick to provide additional amenities (more toiletries or towels, etc.) during our stay. However, after we checked out, we realized we left behind an extremely sentimental item (our child's irreplaceable stuffed animal) in the linens. The staff--especially Fabian--went out of their way to ensure they double- and triple-checked the room we stayed in, and even contacted the linen company to return our beloved item. We could not be more grateful for their service throughout our stay and even after we left. If you book with them, you (and your pets!) will be well taken care of.

What a great space for a soft landing in Wellington. I travel continuously for the last ten years and I can say without a doubt the front desk staff is among the most accommodating , professional, helpful staff I have experienced. When the washing machine in my room didn’t work, they offered a change of rooms and to move my luggage and everything. The rooms are nice and roomy, bedding clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sofa in the living area it has certainly seen better days. Transportation is less than a block away, some of the best coffee shops and restaurants right out the door and Cuba Street only 2 blocks away. I extended my stay and I stayed three weeks instead of one.

A lovely bright clean room with comfortable bed and excellent city views. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is central and an easy walk to most popular places of interest, restaurants, cafes, theatre, the museum and water front. I loved that we could take our dogs and will definitely stay again. Super value considering all this and it's great location.
