As I mentioned to the front desk staff, there was a lot of noise coming from the gym on level 3, as people dropped weights. This was particularly annoying early in the morning and late at night. It’s opening hours should really be restricted.

The staff were nice and the room itself was perfectly fine. The biggest problems were that the walls are very thin and we were in a room below the gym (which is the third floor). There was constant banging on the ceiling during the morning/evening when the gym was open so this was very annoying. I’ve never been in a hotel with the gym above rooms before.

Room was nice and modern design, the parking process was a little confusing but staff directions helped alot, the staff were great and super friendly, my only 1 and major complaint was the bed, it was the hardest, firmest most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept it, we checked out at 4am as we couldn't sleep in it and our backs were acheing, we were too tired for debating with staff so just checked out and left, please upgrade your beds for your customers!

The staff on the desk were fantastic and very friendly and helpful with the parking instructions. Made great first impressions. The room was HUGE and spotless. The bed was extremely comfy after a large night celebrating. Breakfast was ok and I had zero complaints and actually the coffee was pretty good!
