Front desk and concierge well trained and pleasant

Front desk and concierge staff were professional, friendly and gave very good service. Hats off to the concierge who recognised us after the first car park/retrieve and would immediately grab our keys to retrieve our car even as we approached the desk. Small things but above average. Buffet breakfasts have a few small glitches, but overall okay.

The rooms are spacious and set up for a longer stay with kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. The staff were lovely, the hotel felt friendly. It is very close to Parliament and easy to walk to the waterfront. I loved the swimming pool!
