Office space with doors for privacy. 3 parking spaces in driveway. 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. Central to many attractions in the Niagara area. Close to the 406 highway. Close to shopping malls, and Welland International Flatwater Centre.
Built between 1911 and 1915 by Col. Raymond. This century home features 3 fireplaces. Gumwood featured in the office . Oakwood beams in the living room and dining room. 12 " Oak baseboards. Light oak flooring with mahogany inlay throughout the main floor and second floor. Imported Italian marble and German tile adorns the main hall entrance. French doors throughout. Built in oak bookcases. Leather tooled woodwork in dinnette. Servants call boxes.
