Elevator didn t work the entire weekend. Ice machine broken Breakfast was garbage. The only thing that worked was the orange juice machine. I have stayed there many times in the past 10 years and it has deteriorated to a motel you would find in an inner city. Which is fine except they are charging you a 4 star price but you are getting 1 star quality.

The staff was rude, especially in the free breakfast area. If you took a pool towel up to your room because you were wet and did not bring it back down, if they found it in your room after check out, they will charge you $10. The second day they do not clean your room or bring you towels. Needs transportation to casinos even if you have to pay. No place in hotel to eat and limited snacks, Pool and hot tub were dirty. This place really needs a remodel
