The lady at the front desk had absolutely zero personality. Not at all friendly or welcoming. the only extra that the hotel offered was coffee which we knew when we booked so no big surprise. The rooms were meh!! The hotel lobby bar was OK but absolutely full of very, very drunk people. Our stay was OK but we would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Our stay at Teddy’s Residential Suites was absolutely perfect. Amanda, the Dual General Manager, and Ruth, the Dual Director of Sales, were incredible to work with from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate our hockey team and made sure every detail was taken care of. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and the rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable—perfect for families and groups. Their exceptional service and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend Teddy’s Residential Suites for any team, group, or traveler looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!
