I paid for the room in full. They left me in the cold over the deposit. I wanted to pay cash for the deposit. They would not let me enter the room. Horrible!!!!!! The time of year WINTER. Be AWARE!!!!

I got a tub for my room but couldn’t take a bath cause here wasn’t any hot water. Only luke warm. Was disappointed. Also same thing with my shower water only Luke warm not hot at all. Disappointing!!

Spotless room. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Heater didn't work in room 507. I had heat set to 90 and didn't kick on 1 time. Water pressure and temp of shower was great. Very quiet. We got stranded in a snow storm and we needed a place last minute for us and our 2 children. Quick check in. I recommend this place.

I wouldn’t say we had a great experience. The AC fan was broken, the toilet flush got stuck open, the sink was clogged and drained very slowly while the faucet was finicky to shut fully without dripping. I’d say it was a fluke room because my family had a better experience.

Clean rooms. Windows were drafty on the 6th floor and with a big wind storm the whistle noise kept us up most the night. The extra $50 pet fee came as a surprise. It would be great if the app had a feature that if someone is filtered to Pet Friendly that the surcharges are added so it’s more up front.

Found 2 bugs in the bed when I woke up. Hotel floor I was on very noisy. Dogs barking, people screaming and banging on doors all night. And the sound of water running in pipes all night. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn again. Very disappointing.
